I’m Stephanie Flinn—a former U.S. Air Force leader turned sustainable wellness guide and certified health + life coach for high-performing women who are tired of white-knuckling their way through “wellness.”
I know what it’s like to do everything “right”—and still feel totally wrong inside your body.
At 38, my life looked great on paper:
A thriving military career. A consistent workout routine. A strong marriage.
But behind the scenes? I was crashing.
Napping at lunch. Skipping workouts I used to love. Barely making it to dinner.
I remember thinking, Is this just what 40 is supposed to feel like?
That moment cracked something open in me.
I dove deep into functional nutrition. Got certified as a health + life coach. Rebuilt my habits and routines. And it worked—for a while.
But then the burnout came back.
Not because I wasn’t trying…
But because I was still living out of sync with my body—chasing perfection, following plans, forcing what used to work.
What had once healed me had become another version of control.
And that’s when I realized:
This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing things differently.
I stopped outsourcing my health to rules.
I started honoring my rhythms, regulating my nervous system, and trusting my body again.
That shift changed everything.
And now I coach other women through that exact transformation—so they can finally feel vibrant, grounded, and at home in their body again.

I work with high-achieving, service-driven women over 40 who’ve spent their lives taking care of everyone else—career, family, community—but somewhere along the way, they lost themselves.
